Enterprise Sales Executive

We are looking for people with grit, ingenuity, hustle, and integrity to solve our customers’ problems and to help us scale our services and sales strategy in the enterprise. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling to large Real Estate Brokerages, MLSs, and potentially brokering revenue share agreements with technology partners. You will also help us uncover new markets and innovations for our products based on feedback from the field. This role will certainly push you and will require you to grow personally and professionally. You’ll have a chance to make a real impact on a quickly growing organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Prospect to build enterprise pipeline
  • Schedule and set discovery and pitch meetings to help uncover potential customer needs regarding the benefits of our online advertising technology
  • Design custom pitches and PowerPoint decks (with help from marketing) to best articulate the Adwerx value prop
  • Solve customer problems and identify best fit solutions to help them achieve their goals via phone, webinars, online meetings, and face to face
  • Negotiate contract terms that are mutually beneficial to both Adwerx and our customers
  • Use SalesForce.com to track key business metrics that will inform future strategies
  • Innovate and uncover new product innovations, sales strategies, pitches, and markets

Desired Traits:

  • Real estate industry knowledge and connections a huge plus
  • 5+ years selling into enterprise real estate accounts, MLSs, brokerages, and technology companies
  • Proven experience selling 6 figure+ deals
  • Someone that is a leader, curious, knows how to hustle, is creative, and never sacrifices their integrity
  • Someone that knows what it means to be professional and keep their commitments without making excuses
  • Someone that is intelligent and can figure out difficult problems and is thirsty to learn as much as possible
  • Someone that is organized, coachable, and actively seeks feedback
  • Someone who is articulate and has great interpersonal skills and business etiquette
  • Ability to manage their time and the discipline to create and stick to their schedule
  • Willing to travel up to 50%
